Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles or 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
• Drug screening is required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local regulations.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by following security procedures and policies.
• Control access by verifying identification, authorizing visitors, and maintaining entry/exit records.
• Monitor access points, areas, and camera systems; report suspicious activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly, document observations, and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
