Job summary

Allied Universal in Lawrence Township, NJ is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Driver to monitor and protect client sites, verify credentials, and respond to incidents while delivering professional customer service.

This driving role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a background check. Schedule is Mon–Fri 7:00 AM–3:00 PM with a pay rate of $17.73/hour. Allied Universal is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license in the job state.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation as required by law.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors while following security procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain visitor/contractor/vehicle records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facilities and perimeters to identify hazards or unauthorized activity.
• Enforce site rules and access-control procedures and communicate with onsite personnel.
