Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out access-control procedures and policies.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, maintain logs, and direct authorized personnel.
• Assist with access for deliveries, shipments, and vehicle traffic per site procedures and report anomalies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and communicate observations to management.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
