Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and access-control protocols.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials and registrations per site requirements.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and vehicle entry records and communicate access concerns to site contacts.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of manufacturing areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
