Job summary

You will assist the director, manage access control, photo IDs, Kronos timekeeping, scheduling, and participate in fire drills and officer training to ensure a safe hospital environment.

The role requires a high school diploma and PA driver’s license, with preference for prior safety/security experience and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate.
• Experience: Previous safety/security experience preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: Valid PA driver's license; PA ACT 235 or PA ACT 120 (with waiver).
• BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the director and collaborate on security operations, access control, and documentation.
• Manage scheduling, timekeeping (Kronos), and training of security officers.
• Respond to emergencies, perform fire drills, and make decisions under pressure.
• Answer questions from customers and provide courteous assistance.
