The role monitors entry points, verifies credentials, and supports daily operations at an automotive manufacturing location while staying active through a driving post.

This full-time position offers a pay rate of $15.75 per hour, with night shifts (Wed-Sun 11:00 PM–7:00 AM) and opportunities for training, career growth, and benefits through

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required per policy.
• Background investigation required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors through access control procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit and verify IDs, manage visitor check-in, and document access activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, solution-focused manner.
• Conduct regular patrols around the site, including parking areas and perimeter.
• Communicate entry requirements and site rules to drivers and delivery personnel.

• Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You’ll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or credentials, manage visitor check‑in processes, and document access activity in support of security-related operations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and report unusual activity according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, parking areas, and perimeter, as working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Communicate with site contacts, drivers, and/or delivery personnel regarding entry requirements, restricted areas, and facility rules while helping to support orderly access throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
