Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Access Control Customer Service in Phoenix, AZ. Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility and surrounding areas.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, directing authorized personnel and guests per site procedures.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports and shift handoffs with clear communication to leadership.

As an Unarmed Security Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, support access control activities, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $19.62 / Hour

DayTimeWed02:00 PM - 10:00 PMThur02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, business areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and assist with directing authorized personnel and guests in accordance with site procedures.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs while communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
