Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, a background check will be conducted.
• Arising licensing and legal requirements may apply; a driver’s license is required for driving roles.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify access credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate visitor and access records.
• Monitor entry activity, alarms, cameras, and other assigned systems; report unusual activity or access concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency responders when required.
• Support a professional lobby environment by answering inquiries, providing directions, and communicating clearly with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Possess a Guard Card or license preferred.
• Possess customer service experience preferred.
• Possess access control or badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
