Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate access logs and records.
• Screen incoming and outgoing personnel, vehicles, and deliveries; escalate discrepancies or unauthorized-access attempts to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, following notification and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking areas, facility perimeter and other assigned locations; work may vary by client site.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

• Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.




• Alarm Panel Experience (B202)Candidates must demonstrate experience with alarm panel systems. This includes knowledge of alarm activation, deactivation, and troubleshooting procedures.




• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)Candidates should be proficient in using computers or tablets for daily tasks. This includes familiarity with software applications, email communication, and data entry.




• Customer Service Experience (B219)Candidates must possess strong customer service skills. This includes experience in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a positive customer experience

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.


• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue visitor passes as directed, and maintain accurate access-related logs and records.


• Screen incoming and outgoing personnel, vehicles, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures, escalating discrepancies or unauthorized-access attempts to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.


• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established notification and reporting procedures.


• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, facility perimeter, and other assigned locations; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.


• Alarm panel experience is preferred.


• Customer service experience is preferred.


• Access control and badge experience is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
