Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures.
• Verify credentials, maintain logs, issue badges as authorized, and direct individuals to appropriate areas.
• Screen personnel, vehicles, and deliveries to protect restricted areas such as production, warehouse, and shipping zones.
• Respond calmly to access-control alarms, incidents, and emergencies, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, gates, parking areas, and perimeter; document observations and incidents.

Pay Rate: $16.37 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Thur: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Fri: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sat: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sun: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage manufacturing location.
• Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, issuing badges as authorized, and directing individuals to appropriate areas.
• Screen incoming and outgoing personnel, vehicles, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures, helping to protect restricted production, warehouse, and shipping areas.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, gates, parking areas, and the business perimeter; document observations, incidents, and access-related activities in required reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
