This role requires 18+ (21+ for armed), a high school diploma, and ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Prior security or X-ray screening is a plus, and basic computer skills are helpful. Shift schedule includes Wed, Sat, Sun night hours.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• X-ray screening experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply; driver's license for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points for employees, contractors, visitors, and delivery personnel; verify credentials and maintain accurate entry and exit records.
• Control vehicle and pedestrian access to the logistics and distribution location, directing authorized traffic in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established reporting channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access areas, loading zones, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.16 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sat 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Sun 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
