As an Access Control Officer at a food and beverage location, you will help manage entry points, verify badges and visitor access, monitor access activity, and provide exceptional customer service. You will use computer or tablet systems to support access control operations, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and help maintain an orderly environment. Pay Rate: $19.95 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeFri10:00 PM - 06:00 AMSat10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and security-related policies.
• Monitor and manage entry and exit points, verify authorization, issue visitor credentials as directed, and maintain accurate access records.
• Observe deliveries, vendor activity, and restricted areas within a food and beverage production or distribution location, reporting unusual activity or policy concerns.
• Respond to incidents, access-control alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking areas, and access points to help deter unauthorized entry and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Loss Prevention experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
