Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include: 18+ for unarmed roles or 21+ for armed roles, high school diploma or equivalent, background check, drug screen, licensing as required by state/local laws, and valid driver's license for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry/exit points; verify identification, visitor authorization, and documentation before allowing access.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, vehicle, and delivery records; report access concerns to site personnel.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow security procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking areas, and facility perimeter.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Access Authorization in ROGERS, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a food and beverage location, where you will help maintain a secure environment by monitoring entry points, verifying access credentials, controlling visitor and employee access, and documenting activity. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate professionally, and support a caring culture built on teamwork, integrity, reliability, agility, and innovation.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor entry and exit points at a food and beverage production location; verify identification, visitor authorization, and delivery documentation before permitting access in accordance with site procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, vehicle, and delivery records, and communicate access concerns or policy violations to appropriate site personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established security-related procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
