What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor entry records, and control vehicle and pedestrian access in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including entrances, loading zones, parking areas, and the perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and access-control observations accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A guard card or applicable license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
