GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a dedicated Concierge Security Officer in Fayetteville, NC. You will excel in customer-focused security, welcoming visitors, verifying identities, and guiding them safely through building access points.

Responsibilities include patrols, incident reporting, and coordinating with emergency responders as needed. Must hold PPSB license, CPR, and meet U.S. work requirements; benefits and uniform provided.

Qualifications

• Must have active PPSB license.
• CPR certification required.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• At least 1 year of security experience.
• High School Diploma or GED documentation.
• Extensive screening process will be administered.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors; verify identity and guide accordingly.
• Manage access control at entry points.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify risks and ensure safety.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Document incidents with clear reports and communicate concerns.
• Protect people and property at all times.

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

  • Multiple Schedules Available 2nd and 3rd Shift
• Full-Time Schedules
  • Sunday - Thursday 9:00pm - 5:00AM 40 hour shfit
  • Wednesday - Sunday 09:00PM - 05:00AM 40 Hour shift
  • Wednesday - Saturday, 09:00PM - 05:00AM, 32hour shift
  • Friday - Tuesday, 09:00PM - 05:00AM 40 hour Shift
  • Wednesday - Sunday 01:00PM - 09:00PM 40 hour shift
• Competitive hourly wage:
  • $17.58 / Hr., bi-weekly (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Must have an active PPSB license.
• Must have CPR
• Must be over the age of 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have at least 1 year of security experience.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
