GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer in Maryland to deliver exceptional customer service while safeguarding people and property in office buildings and hotels. You will verify identities, guide visitors, and manage access across all shifts.

The role requires 2+ years in security or related fields, a HS diploma or GED, and CPR/First Aid certification. A state license where required may be needed. Uniform is provided and benefits are available.

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Schedule: Friday to Monday 2:00PM-10:00PM

Qualifications For Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• You have Security, Military, and/or Law Enforcement experience of at least 2 years or more
• You have a state license if required
• You are at least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
• You have CPR/First Aid Certification
• You have phone skills and computer literacy
