Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a customer service oriented Security Officer for a full-time position in Bloomington, IL. You will perform access control, patrol duties, and collaborate with client staff to maintain a safe environment.

The role offers competitive pay at $22.38 per hour, 2nd and 3rd shift schedules, paid training, and benefits. Candidates must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and pass pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High School Diploma, GED, or ability to complete GED within 6 months.
• Basic computer/technology skills.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Ability to interact with diverse individuals calmly and professionally.
• Great attention to detail and alertness during shift.
• Ability to respond to emergencies with sound judgement and escalation.

• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Provide detailed written reports.
• Work in a team environment to ensure site / organizational goals are achieved daily.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Basic Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
