Job summary

Clemens Food Group is seeking a Part Time Security Specialist to help maintain a safe and secure workplace across our facilities. If you are reliable, detail oriented, and committed to integrity, this role offers hands-on security duties on weekends.

You will monitor security systems, perform access control at main entrances, conduct temperature checks, support emergency responses, and participate in investigations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; must be over 18; legally authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Safety Enforcement: Implement and enforce safety rules and regulations to minimize accidents and product damage.
• Proactive Patrols: Regularly inspect hazardous material areas to prevent fires and injuries.
• Access Control: Manage access to the main and employee entrances, as well as shipping and receiving areas, to prevent unauthorized access and theft.
• 24/7 Security Operations: Oversee our Security Operations Center, monitoring life safety systems, access control, surveillance, and more.
• Emergency Response: Collaborate with external emergency personnel and internal teams during incidents.
• Incident Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations of internal and external incidents.
• Security Program Execution: Implement Emergency Action Plans, Risk and Vulnerability Assessments, and other security programs.
• Additional Duties: Perform plant/trailer temperature checks, food defense inspections, and security patrols. Conduct Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) and Urine Drug Testing (UDT). Assist in developing and improving security processes.
