Job summary

UW Health is seeking a security professional to support patient care and campus safety at Swedish American Hospital. You will monitor access, patrol hallways, respond to alarms, and coordinate with clinical staff in a fast-moving hospital environment.

This is a 100% FTE position with a 5:45am–6:15pm Monday–Friday schedule at 1401 E State St. The role includes evening/night/weekend differential, overtime, and on-call pay, plus a comprehensive benefits package and career development opportunities.

Work Schedule:

100% FTE, 5:45am-6:15pm Monday-Friday, you will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State St.

Licenses & Certifications

• Must possess a current, valid driver’s license issued by the individual’s state of residence. Required
• Within orientation period must receive mandatory certification through IAHSS (International Association of Health System Safety and Security.). Required
• Certification in CPR CPI (Crisis Preventive intervention.) and AVADE training courses within 90 days of hire. Required
• Basic Life Support/CPR Certification. Upon Hire Required
