Job summary

UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL is seeking a 100% FTE security professional to work 5:45am-6:15pm, Monday through Friday. You will contribute to a safe patient and staff environment at 1401 E State St.

The role requires a valid driver's license, certification through IAHSS, CPR CPI and AVADE within 90 days, and BLS upon hire, with opportunities for on-site day care, tuition reimbursement, wellness programs and career growth.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid driver's license issued by the individual's state of residence.
• Mandatory certification through IAHSS (International Association of Health System Safety and Security) within orientation period.
• Certification in CPR CPI (Crisis Preventive Intervention) and AVADE training courses within 90 days of hire.
• Basic Life Support/CPR Certification required upon hire.
