Job summary

Titan Security is seeking Security Officers for overnight shifts at our Sheboygan, WI location. You will provide customer service, control access, monitor cameras, conduct patrols, and respond to incidents at the property. Must meet health and legal requirements including18+, GED or HS diploma, and a valid Wisconsin security license.

Compensation starts at $19/hour, with paid time off, paid holidays, medical and dental insurance, and opportunities for advancement. EOE/M/F/D/V.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with HS diploma or GED.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Preferred Wisconsin Private Security License.
• Driver's license with clean MVR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service at the front desk and with tenants.
• Maintain logs pertaining to people or property and packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors, or vendors.
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to deter theft.
• Respond to incidents and document data for management.

THIS POSITION IS OVERNIGHTS: HOURS ARE 10PM-6AM/DAYS VARY

$500.00 Sign on Bonus after 90 days of employment!

THIS LOCATION IS IN SHEBOYGAN, WI

Responsibilities of Security Officers include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications of Security Officers

• Must be at least 18 years of age High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather
• Active Wisconsin Private Security License highly preferred
• Drivers license and clean MVR highly preferred

Preferred Qualifications of Security Officers

• 1 year experience as a security officer or in a customer service, retail, hotel or restaurant position.
• Bi-lingual considered a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
