Job summary

Titan Security Group is seeking Security Officers for overnight shifts at a site in Sheboygan, WI. The role includes front-desk logging, access control, camera monitoring, and responding to incidents to keep the property safe.

Compensation includes $19 per hour, with a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days, plus benefits such as paid time off, medical and dental insurance, and opportunities for career growth. EOE/M/F/D/V.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a High School diploma or GED.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to meet physical essential functions, including lifting 50+ lbs and patrolling.
• Active Wisconsin Private Security License highly preferred.
• Driver's license and clean MVR highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered on duty.
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies and record data for management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

of Security Officers include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

of Security Officers:

• Must be at least 18 years of age High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather
• Active Wisconsin Private Security License highly preferred
• Drivers license and clean MVR highly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

of Security Officers:

• 1 year experience as a security officer or in a customer service, retail, hotel or restaurant position.
• Bi-lingual considered a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
