Job summary

Titan Security is seeking a dedicated Security Officer for an overnight position in Sheboygan, WI. Hours are 10PM-6AM with days varying. A $500 sign-on bonus applies after 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities include front desk duties, access control, and incident reporting to maintain a safe property environment for clients. We offer benefits, PTO, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a High School diploma or GED.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to meet physical essential functions (lifting 50+ lbs, patrols, stairs, inclement weather).
• Active Wisconsin Private Security License highly preferred.
• Driver's license and clean MVR highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all parties on duty.
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies and record data for management.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

of Security Officers:

• Must be at least 18 years of age High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather
• Active Wisconsin Private Security License highly preferred
• Drivers license and clean MVR highly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

of Security Officers:

• 1 year experience as a security officer or in a customer service, retail, hotel or restaurant position.
• Bi-lingual considered a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
