Job summary

Titan Security is seeking Security Officers in Wisconsin to deliver exceptional customer service, manage access, monitor cameras, and patrol property to ensure a safe environment.

Qualifications include 18+, a High School diploma or GED, English proficiency, a valid Wisconsin Private Security License, and the ability to pass background checks and a drug screen. The role involves lifting 50+ lbs and working a 24-hour weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job (lifting 50+ lbs, patrols, stairs, inclement weather).
• Must have an Active Wisconsin Private Security License.
• Driver's license and clean MVR required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information.
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs.
• Control access for employees, visitors, or vendors as required.
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against trespassing and maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must have an Active Wisconsin Private Security License
• Drivers license and clean MVR Required

Preferred Qualifications

of Security Officers:

• 1 year experience as a security officer or in a customer service, retail, hotel or restaurant position.
• Bi-lingual considered a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software

Pay and Benefits

for Security Officers:

• $18.00 - $20.00 / hour based on experience and site
• 24 hours a week. Saturday and Sunday 5pm-5am
