Securitas USA in Salem, Oregon is seeking a dedicated Security Officer for full-time site coverage. You will protect people, property, and assets by patrolling, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe environment.

Schedule: Thu/Fri 12am–8am, Sat–Mon 4pm–12am. You’ll uphold safety protocols and company policies while providing professional service to all on site.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Above average computer/technology skills.
• Prior security, law enforcement or military experience a plus.
• Independence and strong customer service.
• Calm under pressure and vigilant on shift.
• Respond to emergencies with rapid, appropriate judgment.
• Strong observational and communication skills.
• Pre-employment screening including drug test and background check.

Security Officer - Full Time

Site Location: Salem, OR

Wage : $17.50/HR

Schedule : Thursday, Friday 12am-8am, Saturday - Monday 4pm-12am

The Security Officer protects people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. They serve as a helpful professional resource while ensuring everyone on the property follows safety protocols.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Valid driver's license and clear driving record required.

• Above average computer / technology skills needed.

• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus!!

• Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.

• Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and remain vigilant throughout shift.

• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.

• Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.

• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
