Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a full-time Security Guard for the Portland, OR site.

The role offers a wage of $22.00–$22.50 per hour with a schedule of Wednesday-Sunday 3pm-11pm and Monday-Friday 6:45am-2:45pm. The Security Officer protects people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• 6 months of security experience preferred.
• Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
• Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

• Conduct regular patrols of premises including buildings, parking lots, & entry points to identify potential security risks.
• Monitor and operate surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and security equipment.
