Job summary

The Global Ambassador in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a dedicated security professional to join our team. You will patrol hotel premises, monitor access points, and respond to incidents to ensure a safe guest experience in a luxury, hospitality-forward environment.

Ideal candidates have hospitality security experience, strong communication skills and the ability to work 4:30PM–12:30AM shifts. We value professionalism, integrity, and a calm, customer-focused approach to safety.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 4:30PM-12:30AM.
• Previous security experience in hospitality preferred
• Knowledge of incident response protocols
• Strong communication, reporting, and customer service skills
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and work varied shifts
• De-escalation, self-defense, and restraint tactics a plus
• Professional appearance and integrity are crucial

Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel premises and respond to incidents and requests
• Monitor surveillance cameras and access points
• Enforce hotel policies, maintain order, and address disturbances
• Respond to and document accidents, safety hazards, and security breaches
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests
• Investigate suspicious activity and trespassing
• Cooperate with local authorities regarding security matters
• Perform security checks and maintain records
