Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a Security Officer (Full-Time) to safeguard guests, colleagues and property. You will control access to the property and respond to incidents, maintaining a safe and welcoming luxury environment.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays, with strong communication and problem-solving skills and full English proficiency.

Qualifications

Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Control access to and from areas of the hotel and residences under Four Seasons supervision.
Protect company assets from theft, fire, and damage; assist in safety and wellbeing of all persons.
Actively participate in day-to-day security operations and implement safety programs.
Confront situations and personnel as needed and ensure the safety of guests and staff.

The Opportunity

Security Officer (Full-Time)

About The Role

We are seeking eager individuals who are dedicated to creating a memorable experience for our guests through sharing their ideas, exploring creativity and who are enthusiastic about joining a dynamic team! The main duties of the Security officer are to control the access to and from areas of the Hotel and Residences which are under Four Seasons supervision. This includes protecting company assets from theft, fire, damage and assisting in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all persons in the location.

What You Will Do

Actively participates in the day-to-day security operations of the property.
Patrol the interior and exterior of the hotel and confront any situations or persons that require investigation
Ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel and property
Assist in implementing preventive safety and security programs
Implement all policies, procedures and instructions regarding security and safety.

Able to adapt to daily changes and challenges
Strong Communication and Problem-Solving Skills
A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Must have full availability and a flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
