Responsibilities

What you'll do:

• Conduct initial investigations and appropriate follow-up for security incidents, documenting all findings in a security 360 report.
• Perform proactive foot and vehicle patrols of the entire campus, including all floors and buildings.
• Respond to radio calls for various services, including escorts, property pick-up, disturbances, standbys, and code calls.
• Stay current on all required training, including CPI, PPCT, and necessary computer courses. Receive mandatory annual flu shots.
• View camera footage and save relevant footage when needed.
• Operate the C-cure program to give clearances and lock/unlock doors.
• Maintain professionalism and integrity in all interactions with team members, visitors, and patients, adhering to the department dress code.
• De-escalate and maintain control in security situations.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• BLS certification upon hire.
• Current driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School diploma; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in security, military, or law enforcement.
• First aid certification.
