Four Seasons Hotel Nashville is seeking a Security Officer to join our dedicated team. This role ensures the safety of guests, residents, employees, and property while delivering exemplary service in line with Four Seasons standards.

The officer conducts proactive patrols, responds to emergencies, and manages safety initiatives. Requires at least one year of security experience, strong communication, and the ability to act calmly under pressure.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security experience, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm and decisive during emergencies.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Protect guests, employees, visitors, and hotel assets by enforcing security policies.
• Conduct routine patrols and address safety and fire hazards.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and incidents.
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.
• Prepare incident reports and assist investigations as needed.
• Support fire safety and emergency response procedures.
• Provide guest assistance with lockouts and security requests.
• Promote safety awareness across the property.

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Nashville is seeking a Security Officer to join our dedicated team. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, residents, employees, and property while delivering exceptional service in alignment with Four Seasons standards. The Security Officer plays a critical role in maintaining a secure environment through proactive patrols, emergency response, incident management, and safety awareness initiatives.

What you will do

• Protect guests, employees, visitors, and hotel assets by enforcing security and safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct routine patrols throughout the hotel, identifying and addressing safety, security, and fire hazards.
• Respond promptly and professionally to emergency situations, alarms, incidents, and guest concerns.
• Monitor security systems, including CCTV, alarms, key control systems, and access control processes.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and assist with investigations as required.
• Support emergency preparedness efforts, including participation in fire safety programs and emergency response procedures.
• Provide assistance with guestroom lockouts, safe malfunctions, and other security-related requests.
• Promote safety awareness throughout the property through training, communication, and compliance initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with hotel departments, emergency responders, and law enforcement agencies when necessary.
• Deliver exceptional guest service while maintaining a professional, approachable, and service-oriented presence.

What you bring

• At least one year of security experience, preferably within a luxury hotel, hospitality, or related environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during emergencies and high-pressure situations.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reading, writing, and verbal proficiency in English.
