Job summary

Titan Security is seeking a front desk/ security officer for the Carlisle and Middletown areas. The role involves customer service at the property, access control, and monitoring of cameras and logs. The position offers 32–40 hours per week with varying shifts and requires willingness to drive between sites as needed.

Applicants must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, pass background checks, and be able to lift 50+ lbs. Open availability for all shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Commute to multiple sites in Carlisle and Middletown, PA.
• Meet physical functions: lift 50+ lbs, patrols, stairs, weather.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at the front desk and assist with directions and information.
• Maintain accurate logs of people or property and packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors, and vendors as required.
• Monitor security cameras and conduct patrols to prevent theft and maintain safety.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies and record data for management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Locations are Carlisle/Middletown - RTO Response Team officer.
• Hours can vary, sometimes it could be 32 hours or even 40 hours
• Need to have open availability and be comfortable with driving between Carlisle/Middletown if needed

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to commute to multiple sites in Carlisle and Middletown, PA
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather
• Must have open availability for all shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual considered a plus.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required
• Driver’s license not required, but license and satisfactory DMV history allows broader assignment to a vehicular mobile patrol
