Job summary

Titan Security Group is seeking a Front Desk / RTO Response Team officer to support multiple sites in Carlisle and Middletown, PA. You'll provide excellent customer service, manage access control, logs, and patrols to maintain safety and security at properties.

Candidates should be at least 18, have a High School diploma or GED, be able to pass background checks and drug screening, and be available for all shifts. Starting pay is $18/hour, with benefits including medical and 401K.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to commute to multiple sites in Carlisle and Middletown, PA.
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, including lifting 50+ lbs and patrols.
• Open availability for all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty.
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for Titan Security management.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Locations are Carlisle/Middletown - RTO Response Team officer.
• Hours can vary, sometimes it could be 32 hours or even 40 hours
• Need to have open availability and be comfortable with driving between Carlisle/Middletown if needed

• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to commute to multiple sites in Carlisle and Middletown, PA
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather
• Must have open availability for all shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual considered a plus.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required
• Driver’s license not required, but license and satisfactory DMV history allows broader assignment to a vehicular mobile patrol
