Job summary

Titan Security Group is seeking a personable security professional to support front desk operations in Hershey, PA. The role emphasizes customer service, access control, and incident reporting to ensure a safe environment at multiple sites.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, be 18+, and able to pass background checks. The position offers steady shifts, with opportunities for growth and additional training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to commute to Pine Grove and Reading, PA.
• Able to meet physical essential functions (lifting 50+ lbs, patrols, stairs, inclement weather).
• Must have open availability for all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information.
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to commute to multiple sites in Pine Grove and Reading, PA
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather
• Must have open availability for all shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual considered a plus.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required
• Driver’s license not required, but license and satisfactory DMV history allows broader assignment to a vehicular mobile patrol
