Job summary

Titan Security Group in Lebanon, PA is seeking a security professional to provide exceptional customer service, control access, and log activity at multiple site locations. You will monitor cameras, conduct patrols, and respond to incidents to maintain a safe environment for tenants and visitors.

The role requires the ability to lift 50+ lbs, pass a background check, and be available for all shifts, including evenings and weekends. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to commute to multiple sites in Pine Grove and Reading, PA.
• Able to meet physical essential functions including lifting 50+ lbs, patrols, stairs and inclement weather.
• Must have open availability for all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty.
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for Titan Security management.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to commute to multiple sites in Pine Grove and Reading, PA
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather
• Must have open availability for all shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual considered a plus.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required
• Driver’s license not required, but license and satisfactory DMV history allows broader assignment to a vehicular mobile patrol
