Job summary

Willis Knighton Health seeks a Security Officer for night shifts (1800–0600) at WK South in Shreveport, LA. You will respond to incidents, deter unauthorized activity through visible patrols, and document every detail of calls for service.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with staff and the public, to understand and follow standard operating procedures, to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Prefer individual to have law enforcement experience but not required.
• Required to have current Willis Knighton Health System Certification to carry a weapon while in performance of job. Certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
