Dunbar Security Solutions is seeking a Security Officer to safeguard residents, visitors, and property at a residential community in Havre de Grace, MD. The role involves patrolling grounds, monitoring access, and responding to incidents to maintain a safe environment.

Shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays with 30–40 hours per week. Must have a valid driver’s license and Maryland security guard certification or the ability to obtain it. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsabilidades

• Patrol community grounds, residential areas, clubhouses, and amenities to help maintain a safe, secure environment.
• Conduct regular inspections and use surveillance systems to identify potential concerns.
• Respond promptly to incidents and contact emergency services when necessary.
• Help prevent vandalism and trespassing by upholding community rules and policies.
• Create detailed digital incident and activity reports.
• Perform regular exterior patrols and secure access points.
• Monitor and control access points, verifying visitors, vendors, and contractors.
• Support property management with additional safety duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed
