Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin is seeking seasonal Security Officers to help ensure a safe environment for guests and team members.

As a Security Guard you will patrol facilities, enforce policies, and support emergencies as directed. Weekend, holiday, and special event coverage is required to meet guest needs and protect assets.

Responsibilities

• Patrol pedestrian and vehicle areas to prevent incidents.

• Observe and report irregular activities or safety concerns.
• Complete log forms and ensure paperwork is accurate.
• Assist with emergencies as directed.

Pay

$36.00 – $36.00 / hour

What will you do?

• Patrol pedestrian and mobile facilities.
• Promote protection and safety of company assets, patrons, and team members.
• Enforce and adhere to all unit, department, and company policies and procedures; report incidents.
• Observe and report procedural violations and illegal activity.
• Fill out departmental log forms; verify all paperwork is complete and turned in at the conclusion of the shift.
• Assist with emergencies as directed.

• Demonstrate skill in dealing with guest complaints, using active listening skills to control difficult situations, and maintaining customer goodwill.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and special events.
• No experience or diploma required

Physical requirements

• Requires the ability to see, hear, walk, run, sit, squat, bend, reach, and grasp objects throughout the shift in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to carry up to 50 pounds.
