Responsibilities

• Staff fixed posts to monitor access and enforce safety protocols.
• Provide customer service to patients, families, visitors, and staff.
• Inspect parcels to prevent theft and ensure safe transport.
• Respond to disputes and emergencies promptly.
• Maintain required certifications and licenses to remain compliant with regulations.
• Assist with traffic control and vehicle support.
• Transport deceased individuals to the morgue and release bodies as needed.
• Monitor alarms and coordinate with responders during emergencies.

• Transport deceased individuals to the morgue and release bodies as needed.
• Monitor security, fire, and environmental alarms, responding to emergencies and coordinating with appropriate personnel.
