Job summary

Per Mar Security Services in Willmar, Minnesota is seeking an Experienced Security Site Lead to join our expanding team. We offer both full-time and part-time shifts with competitive pay: Fri-Mon 4pm-12am and Sat-Sun 8am-4pm at $17.50 per hour.

You will monitor premises, inspect doors and windows, and deter rule violations. We provide medical, life, dental and vision insurance, paid vacation and holidays, disability coverage, a 401K/403b, tuition reimbursement after 6 months, and an employee

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Familiarity with security equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Must pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
• Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security.
• Warn violators of premise rules and regulations.
• Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts.
• Request emergency personnel for high risk situations.
