Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Security Officer for their resort operations. This full-time, year-round position involves patrolling properties, monitoring security cameras, handling incidents, and coordinating with emergency services.

On-site housing and comprehensive benefits are provided. Essential qualifications include 21+ years of age, a high school diploma, a clean criminal record, and a valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.

Qualifications

• Applicant must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Criminal-free record.
• Valid drivers license.
• Excellent driving record.
• Able to drive all company vehicles.
• First Aid/CPR/AED training (desirable).
• College degree (desirable).
• Experience in Hospitality Industry in similar position (desirable).
• Experience in Security, Military, or law enforcement (desirable).
• Previous guest relations training (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Patrol (foot and vehicle) of all properties and facilities.
• Monitor and operate Security Camera Systems.
• Handle change orders for the Resort.
• Handle lost and found.
• Investigation and report writing.
• Respond to burglar/fire/trouble alarms and incidents.
• Coordinate with GM/EMS/Fire/Law for incidents.
• Secure designated areas at the appropriate times.
• Support loss prevention and security of vehicles and equipment.

Our Security Team provides and maintains a safe, secure and serene environment for Guests and Associates.

• Maintains a high level of awareness.
• Works alone (often at night over 1 hour away from law enforcement assistance) and is self motivated to accomplish daily operations.
• Handles sensitive information and valuable property with integrity and confidentiality.
• Maintains a professional appearance, demeanor and attitude.

Is responsible for:
