Marksman Security LLC in Plano, TX is hiring for a Full Time Lobby / Mobile Security Officer at $18.50 per hour. The role features a 36-hour schedule (Thu-Mon 6:00AM–2:00PM). Ideal candidates have front desk/lobby experience, Texas Guard Card, and strong customer service skills.

$50 sign-on bonus with active Guard Card on file after 90 days of employment. The job involves front desk duties, access control, CCTV monitoring, and mobile patrols.

Formación

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Texas Security Guard License (Guard Card) required.
Dispatch experience preferred.
Strong customer service and reporting skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Previous security experience required.

Responsabilidades

Monitor front desk: access control, CCTV, and visitor announcements.
Mobile patrols to deter theft and respond to incidents.
Dispatch officers and responders during incidents.
Manage calls and alerts via internal systems and weather alerts.
Document incidents in security reporting platforms.
Follow SOPs and escalation procedures.
Assist during emergencies (fire, medical, intrusions, etc.).
Operate security systems and client policies for access control.

Currently seeking an outgoing, Enthusiastic, Responsible person with a desire to work in a Professional, Customer Service Driven industry. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Front Desk and Lobby Setting with Valid Security Guard Card.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in security or customer service fields. Must have active TEXAS State training and Guard Card licensing.

The site is a Headquarters location and will require the highest level of professionalism, customer service, technology skills, and high-quality candidates with excellent work ethics.

$50 Sign-On Bonus – Active Guard Card. Already licensed? Associates who join with an active Guard Card on file will receive a $50 Sign-On Bonus, paid out upon successful completion of 90 days of employment.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor emails, access control, and alarm systems in real-time.
Monitor the facility's CCTV to check for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized people.
Dispatch field security officers and emergency responders during incidents.
Manage incoming phone calls and alerts via internal communications system, national weather, and act quickly and decisively.
Document incidents accurately in security electronic reporting platforms.
Follow standard operating procedures and escalation protocols.
Provide support during emergencies (fire, medical, intrusions, natural disasters).
Utilize internal communications systems, including radio, intercom, telephone, PA systems, and computer-based software with a high level of professionalism.
Operate facility badging software, including enabling and disabling badges.
Provide security support for various client projects and events.
Administer all client policies for controlling access to client property
