Job summary

Marksman Security LLC in Plano, TX is hiring a Full Time Lobby Security Officer on a Monday–Friday 1:00 PM–9:00 PM shift. Earn $18.50 per hour with a $50 sign-on bonus for active Guard Card holders. Previous Front Desk experience and Texas Guard Card licensing are preferred.

Experience in front desk or lobby security is preferred.

Responsibilities

Front Desk — customer service, access control, CCTV monitoring, package distribution, visitor announcements.
Monitor the facility's CCTV for safety and security, door status, and potential incidents.
Dispatch field security officers and respond to emergencies as needed.
Handle incoming calls and alerts via internal systems and national weather updates.
Document incidents accurately in security reporting platforms.
Follow SOPs and escalation protocols.
Provide security support for client projects and events.
Administer client access policies for properties.

Monday thru Friday 1:00PM to 9:00PM (Saturday & Sunday Off)

Currently seeking an outgoing, Enthusiastic, Responsible person with a desire to work in a Professional, Customer Service Driven industry. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Front Desk and Lobby Setting with Valid Security Guard Card.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in security or customer service fields. Must have active TEXAS State training and Guard Card licensing.

The site is a Headquarters location and will require the highest level of professionalism, customer service, technology skills, and high-quality candidates with excellent work ethics.

$50 Sign-On Bonus – Active Guard Card. Already licensed? Associates who join with an active Guard Card on file will receive a $50 Sign-On Bonus, paid out upon successful completion of 90 days of employment.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor emails, access control, and alarm systems in real-time.
Monitor the facility's CCTV to check for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized people.
Dispatch field security officers and emergency responders during incidents.
Manage incoming phone calls and alerts via internal communications system, national weather, and act quickly and decisively.
Document incidents accurately in security electronic reporting platforms.
Follow standard operating procedures and escalation protocols.
Provide support during emergencies (fire, medical, intrusions, natural disasters).
Utilize internal communications systems, including radio, intercom, telephone, PA systems, and computer-based software with a high level of professionalism.
Operate facility badging software, including enabling and disabling badges.
Provide security support for various client projects and events.
Administer all client policies for controlling access to client property
