Golden Acorn Casino & Travel Center is seeking a dedicated security staff member to monitor the radio communication system and all on-property alarms. You will escort and observe customers and employees, report incidents, and coordinate with departments and security officers during emergencies.
Responsibilities include maintaining logs, dispatching security personnel and EMTs, and ensuring access control and lost-and-found processes.
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the Security Department's radio communication system, as well as monitoring all alarm systems on property.

High School diploma or (GED) required. Minimum of six months in security, emergency response, or dispatch preferred.
Excellent communication skills required.
Ability to read and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply commonsense reasoning to a variety of situations. Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral or diagram form.
