Marksman Security is hiring for a 2nd Shift Unarmed Security Officer at Toyota Motor Manufacturing in Missouri. The role involves vehicle and foot patrols, access control at the gatehouse and front desk duties, with a 36-hour workweek and specific shifts.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and guests promptly and courteously.
Manage guest/visitor access and enforce premises rules.
Verify credentials of incoming/outgoing individuals and vehicles.
Maintain visitor logs and communicate arrivals to residents.
Assist in protecting people and equipment per policies.
Monitor CCTV and alarms; detect suspicious activity.
Patrol interior/exterior areas to identify risks.
Return warnings for violations and enforce safety rules.
Respond to distress calls and emergencies with local responders.
Document and report safety, security, or policy concerns.

Marksman Security is looking for qualified candidates to join our team of dedicated and compassionate security officers and firefighters.

Security Officer $18.50 p/hr.

Monday thru Wednesday 1:00pm - 9:00pm & Saturday 5:00am to 5:00pm

36 Hour Week - 1st & 2nd Shift (Sundays, Thursdays & Fridays Off)

The ideal candidate MUST have previous experience in security and customer service fields.

Looking for passionate, skilled professionals to join our team. Must be reasonably physically fit and able to stand and walk for periods of time.

Security Officers, sometimes referred to as Security Guards, deter criminal activity, protect property and enforce rules on a property. Some monitor surveillance cameras and alarms from a stationary position, while others patrol areas and do security checks. In factories and offices, Security Officers provide protection for equipment and workers along with checking the credentials of vehicles and individuals coming and going from the premises.

What You’ll Do

Rover — Vehicle/foot patrols; deter theft, vandalism, and suspicious activity
Gatehouse — Access control; greet and ID residents/guests, log vehicles, announce visitors
Front Desk — Customer service, access control, CCTV monitoring, package distribution, visitor announcements

Responsibilities

Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests in a prompt and courteous manner
Manage all guest/visitor access as needed and eject trespasser or violators from premises when deemed necessary
Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles
Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of visitor’s arrival
Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures
Monitor and or detect any suspicious behavior to assist in the prevention of vandalism, theft and or other criminal behavior
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms
Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks
Warn violators of infractions e.g., loitering, smoking and or in possession of prohibited items
Respond to calls of distress, alarms and or emergencies such as fire, injuries or presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders
Identify and report any and all concerns (safety, security breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely manner
Ensures accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents)
Ensure all rules/regulations are being enforced and followed
Other duties to be determined by management
