Job summary

Southcentral KY Community & Technical College is seeking a Security Officer to ensure the safety of students, employees, and visitors. The role is on-site with an hourly wage of $15.00, non-exempt status, and hours to be determined, including Friday evenings and weekends for events and coverage.

Responsibilities include patrols, safety inspections, incident reporting, escorts, traffic control for VIP events, camera monitoring, medical response, social media monitoring for area crime, and parking

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years' experience in security, police, fire fighting, EMS, safety, or military.
