• Familiarity with State Gaming ICMPs, rules, and regulations is a plus.
• Ability to process currency transactions accurately when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement in sensitive situations.
• Must be dependable and able to work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security of guests and assets.
• Maintain surveillance and report suspicious activity.

• Complete incident reports and daily security logs.

As a Security Officer at Monarch Casino Resort Spa, you will help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests, team members, and company assets. This role supports daily security operations throughout the property while delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced casino resort environment.The Security Officer monitors property activity, conducts age verification checks, responds to incidents, assists with emergency situations, and works closely with internal departments and outside agencies as needed.
