Securitas USA is seeking a Security Officer to protect people and property at a Lynnwood, WA site. The role involves patrolling, monitoring systems, and controlling access with a focus on safety and service.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents, enforcing policies, and maintaining confidentiality. Strong observation and communication skills, plus basic computer knowledge, are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus!!
• Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Must have the ability to remain calm under pressure and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and use appropriate escalation.
• Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

Security Officer - Full Time

Site Location: Lynnwood, WA

Wage: $21.00-$25.00/HR

No Experience Necessary.

The Security Officer protects people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. They serve as a helpful professional resource while ensuring everyone on the property follows safety protocols.
