Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Unarmed Patrol for the Medical Center in Laguna Hills, CA. You will perform routine patrols, assist with access control, and provide卓 customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR certification and customer service experience are preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge issuance is preferred.
• Proficiency with computers/tablets is preferred.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds or more is preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
• Background checks and drug screening are required as a condition of employment.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by following site procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of hospital facilities, parking, entrances, and perimeters to identify concerns.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and disturbances following established protocols.
• Monitor access points, direct visitors, verify authorization, and report suspicious activity.
• Complete incident reports and communicate information to site leadership and management.

Job Description

As a Security Guard Unarmed Patrol Medical Center in Laguna Hills, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to patients, visitors, and staff. You will contribute to a caring environment through teamwork, integrity, and Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, and innovative approach.

Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, security-related policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or potential concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, patient or visitor disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Monitor access points and assist with directing visitors, verifying access authorization, and reporting unauthorized access attempts or suspicious activity.
• Complete accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
