Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Mobile Patrol Driver for a financial institution in New York. You will patrol interior and exterior areas, deter incidents, assist employees and visitors, and respond to alarms while maintaining a professional presence.

This full-time role requires a valid driver's license, background check, and CPR/First Aid preferred. Shifts include daytime and evening hours, with competitive hourly pay. You will join a team dedicated to security and customer service.

Job Description

As a Mobile Patrol Driver - Financial Institution, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will conduct routine patrols and operate a company vehicle to help maintain a secure environment. You will remain visible to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $23.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including entrances, parking areas, ATM locations, and the perimeter, while reporting unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Help to deter unauthorized activity through a professional presence and timely communication with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and/or emergency responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
