Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years IT experience supporting macOS and cloud/SaaS apps.
• Hands‑on administration of SaaS apps and security tools.
• Experience managing Apple devices with an MDM platform (Jamf Pro, Kandji, Mosyle, Microsoft Intune).
• Experience administering IAM platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, including SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access.
• Experience with Google Workspace administration.
• Familiarity with EDR platforms (e.g., SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, Defender for Endpoint).
• Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell).

Responsibilities

• Manage Apple devices using Jamf Pro (Macs, iPhones, iPads, Apple TVs) and zero-touch enrollment.
• Manage devices in Apple Business Manager; configure profiles, policies, and blueprints.
• Ensure security baselines (FileVault, patches) and OS updates.
• Administer Google Workspace and other SaaS apps (configurations, permissions, licenses).
• Manage identity and access (SSO, MFA, SCIM, RBAC, access reviews).
• Troubleshoot endpoint, app, identity, and network connectivity issues.
• Participate in security operations: monitor alerts, investigate incidents, containment steps, document response.
• Automate IT tasks via scripts/workflows; maintain runbooks and documentation.
• Lead/participate in projects; support IT team with escalations; vendor coordination.
• Occasional after-hours incident response; perform other duties as assigned.
